General Refund Policy

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, RuBaru does not accept returns or refunds or exchange except for damaged or defective items delivered to the customer.

Damaged / Defective Item Policy – 7-Day Window

If you receive a product that is:
• damaged,
• broken,
• defective, or
• missing stones/parts,

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number,
• clear photos or videos of the damage.

If approved, we may offer:
• a replacement (if available), or
• store credit or refund

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot refund, return, or exchange:
• items due to change of mind after the order was placed or delivered,
• incorrect size/fit expectations,
• dissatisfaction based on shine, weight, color tone, or personal preference,
• items worn, used, bent, scratched, or damaged after use,
• damage caused by sweat, chemicals, improper care, or accidents,
• orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer,
• shipping fees (under all circumstances).

Exchanges

Only allowed for defective items reported within 7 days of delivery.
